Over the past 12 years of working in human resource based positions, I have seen the negative impact that poor people management can cause to a business, and could write a toe curling book about how not to do it. Some businesses, sadly, have never been able to recover. High employee turnover, the loss of key talent and low workforce morale spells trouble for even the most lucrative companies. The really frustrating thing is that the outcome could have been so different if the company had invested in a proper, robust talent retention strategy. We have the knowledge, so why not use it?
Fast forward to 2022. My passion for all things ‘people retention’ has increased tenfold! I believe that proper people retention strategies should be attainable to all, no matter the size of the company. This is why I have created Zenith People Consulting.
