The Employment Rights Act 1996 - Part 2
The Employment Rights Act 1996 is a huge piece of legislation and, as a result we have had to split this meaty beast into two pieces.
Part 1 was delivered in April and covered a range of topics such as contracts of employment, the right to time off, flexible working, etc. If you missed it, contact us for a recording!
In part 2 we mainly focus on the end of the employment lifecycle (with a couple of additional topics), including;
Unfair dismissal
Redundancy
Lay Off’s
Insolvency
