It’s that time of year again! After the success of the 2023 session, please join us for the re-vamped 2024 session.

This online awareness session is an explanation of the Equality Act 2010 and what it means to business owners and people managers. By joining this free webinar, you can learn how to enhance your equality practices and protect your business.

The Employment Rights Act 1996 - Part 2

The Employment Rights Act 1996 is a huge piece of legislation and, as a result we have had to split this meaty beast into two pieces.

Part 1 was delivered in April and covered a range of topics such as contracts of employment, the right to time off, flexible working, etc. If you missed it, contact us for a recording!

In part 2 we mainly focus on the end of the employment lifecycle (with a couple of additional topics), including;

  • Unfair dismissal

  • Redundancy

  • Lay Off’s

  • Insolvency
